Cellular Yoga harnesses brain plasticity.

Yoga is the Stilling of the mind.

Through stillness, one can literally rearrange and transform their cells.

To consciously use brain plasticity you need to:

Decide what you want to change.

Be willing to stop doing whatever is the obstacle.

Choose to take actions that will lead towards a desired result.

Have the faith and trust to keep repeating over and over these correct actions.

That’s the concept of practice, that will actually lead to a positive result, using your brain to create cellular change.

I’ve created Cellular Yoga as a user-friendly method to use the techniques of yoga, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Chinese medicine to create a practice that anyone can use to have a treatment plan that will affect cellular change.

The methods used are meditation, visualization, breath work, and repetition of affirmations. One can choose whether or not they want to use yoga language (which will introduce Sanskrit ) or not. One can also choose whether or not they want to become involved in anatomy and science or only use metaphors.

In other words, the teaching of cellular yoga will accommodate your particular style of learning.

You will be able to find exercises that will teach you the principles of Cellular Yoga on my YouTube channel, I will be teaching on Insight Timer, and live classes at my home in North Hollywood. I can do private work on Zoom by appointment and will be offering workshops in the form of retreats in various locations.
