I am a somatic practitioner.
My goal is to find root causes, release limitations stored in the body, either through hands-on therapy or by supporting deep silence that connect one to their inner wisdom. The modalities of CranioSacral Therapy, Chinese medicine, yoga, and meditation are my tools. I have a clinical practice, and I am teaching practical ways to create cellular change, using visualization and meditation.
I listen and let the patient’s body tell the story of what it must let go of, and what it needs. Sometimes emotional or physical trauma stored in the body must be released … or an emotion, or a belief… I’ve learned that hands-on therapy has limitations, because no one can come to enough therapy to get through all of their work. That’s why I’ve dedicated myself to teaching methods to simplify complex physical, mental and emotional problems. Fortunately, I’m not alone …yoga, visualization, meditation, and mind/body techniques are now well researched, and available. I am yet one more voice among many….
